About Us
Hi my name is Shelby; I’ve been playing golf since I was 12 years old. I started out using my father’s clubs. He taught me how to play and made sure I knew the rules, and proper golf etiquette. My love for this game is all thanks to my father.
I play golf for the physical challenge. I get a great deal of satisfaction when the shot comes off just the way I planned it. I play golf because in a lot of ways it emulates life. With all the successes and failures, trials and tribulations, ups and downs, along the way, it is the journey that is the important thing, and not the destination. I hope I will be able to instil the same love for this game in my 2 sons.
I started this business for a couple of reasons; first I wanted to be able to give something back and help my fellow golfers. Second I wanted to work at home and be able to spend more time with my children. My father never had that option and was away a lot of the time. I think teaching my boys the game of golf will give them a lifetime of enjoyment.
Over the years that I’ve been playing, I've seen a lot of changes in the game and to the equipment used. I would like to try and help you understand all the differences there are and the choices that are available to you.
The one thing that has stayed the same and we all share as golfers is our desire to improve our game. This holds true at every level of the game and with every aspect.

In all the time I have been playing this game I have never met anyone that didn’t want to play better. Of course some of us take it a lot more seriously, while others just enjoy getting out, but we all want to improve and play our best.
